Once you have applied for an LITS account, the account will be active for the duration of your continuous enrollment (for students) or the duration of your official employment (staff/faculty), including official study leave and sabbaticals (faculty). Be aware that your account may be closed at the discretion of LITS if you are not enrolled at all for one full semester (fall or spring). Accounts are not closed for fall / spring students who are not enrolled over the summer break. If you plan to leave the university permanently, we request that you notify us so that we may close you account.
